Eagle properties often mean multiple rooflines, tall entries and mature trees along the driveway. Those are the displays we love building: wrapped columns, lit wreaths at the entry, big tree wraps and full perimeter rooflines that read from the road. Everything is built to length in our shop before install day.

Eagle is where our biggest displays go up. Homes in Banbury, Legacy, Two Rivers and along the foothills corridor toward Avimor typically have multiple rooflines, a tall two-story entry, long driveways and mature trees — all of which are opportunities, and all of which need equipment most homeowners do not own. A twenty-eight foot entry peak is not a ladder job.

The first thing we work out on an Eagle property is viewing distance. Many of these homes sit well back from the road behind a lawn or a stand of trees, so a roofline-only display disappears. What actually reads from the street is layered: the main and secondary rooflines, wrapped columns at the entry, two or three fully wrapped trees along the drive, and lit garland and wreaths at the front door. Driveway and walkway markers pull the eye up to the house.

Tree wrapping is the part people underestimate. Wrapping a mature maple or spruce properly means working the trunk and each major limb at consistent spacing, and it takes hours per tree — but a single well-wrapped tree does more for an Eagle property than another hundred feet of roofline. We quote trees individually so you can decide how far up the canopy to go.

Everything is measured on site, then built to length in our shop before install day, in commercial-grade C9s and minis. On acreage properties near Eagle Island and the river corridor we plan power carefully: dedicated runs, weather-rated connections and timers so the whole display fires as one, instead of a dozen extension cords running from the garage.

Season-long maintenance is included, which matters more on a large Eagle display than anywhere else — there is simply more of it exposed to wind and ice. If something goes dark, we come back out. In January we take everything down, label it by zone and store it for next season.
