FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything Treasure Valley homeowners ask us about professional holiday lighting.

When should I book my holiday lights?

As early as you can. Installs run from late September through mid-December and our calendar fills up fast — most of our best time slots are gone by early November.

Do you use my lights or yours?

Ours. We install commercial-grade LEDs that are custom-cut for your home, which is why the lines look so clean. Using homeowner lights limits what we can guarantee, so we don't offer it.

Are the lights included in the price?

Yes. Your quote covers the lights, design, installation, season-long maintenance, takedown and storage. There's nothing extra to buy.

What if a bulb burns out mid-season?

Call us and we'll come fix it at no charge. Maintenance is included for the entire season.

Will the install damage my roof or gutters?

No. We use clips designed for shingles and gutters — never staples or nails.

Do you do commercial properties?

We do. Storefronts, offices, HOAs and property managers are all welcome. Tell us about the property and we'll put together a plan.

When do you take the lights down?

Takedown starts in early January, weather permitting, and we store your lights for you until next season.

What areas do you serve?

The whole Treasure Valley — Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Kuna, Star, Caldwell and Middleton. Not sure if you're in range? Just ask.

How much does Christmas light installation cost in Boise?

Every home is measured, so the price depends on your roofline, the number of stories and how much of the property you want lit. Our pricing page walks through what drives the number, and a free quote gives you the exact figure with no obligation.

Is Christmas light removal and takedown included?

Yes. Christmas light removal, takedown and storage are part of the same price as the install — there's no separate removal fee and nothing to store in your garage.
