Christmas Light Installation in Downtown Star, Star

Older homes near Star's State Street core mix single-story ranches with new infill, so we size each display to the house instead of using one package for the block.

Lighting Downtown Star homes

The blocks around State Street and Star Road are the oldest part of Star, and the houses show it: lower single-story rooflines, carports, mature trees and wide lots, sitting next to brand-new builds. A low roofline is quick to light well, and the big trees out front are often the better place to spend the budget.

We measure each roof section and cut strands to fit before install day, then add trunk wraps or a lit wreath where the house has room for them. Season-long service calls are included, so a dark section mid-December is a phone call, not a weekend project.

What we install most in Downtown Star

  • Simple single-story rooflines in warm white or C9 multicolor
  • Trunk and branch wraps on mature front-yard trees
  • Lit wreaths on garages and entries
  • Walkway lighting along longer front paths

Downtown Star questions

Is a single-story house worth lighting?
Yes. Low rooflines are easy to light cleanly, and adding a wrapped tree or wreath gives the display depth without a large roofline.
Do you come out to Star often?
Yes. Star sits between our Eagle and Middleton routes, so install and service visits fit our regular schedule.
Can you light the big tree in my front yard?
Usually. We check height and access during the walkthrough and quote trunk-only or trunk-and-branch wraps.
