Holiday Lighting for Treasure Valley Storefronts and HOAs

Commercial work is scheduled around your hours, installed by an insured crew, and maintained all season so a dark section never sits dark through your busiest weeks.

A storefront display is not a bigger version of a house display. The stakes are different: a dark run over your entrance during the second week of December is lost foot traffic, and an HOA with mismatched lighting across twelve homes looks worse than no lighting at all.

Here is how we handle commercial and community properties around Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa and Caldwell.

Scheduling around your business

We install before you open, after you close, or on your slowest day — whichever keeps customers and staff out of the way of ladders. For retail we aim to be finished well before the Thanksgiving weekend push.

For offices and industrial properties we coordinate with whoever manages the site so parking, access and any badge requirements are handled before the crew arrives.

Insurance, licensing and access

We are Idaho licensed, bonded and insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance for your property manager or landlord before work starts. Most commercial lease language requires it, so we would rather send it up front than hold up your install day.

  • Licensed, bonded and insured
  • Certificate of insurance available on request
  • Crews experienced with elevated and awkward access
  • Clips and fasteners that leave no damage to the building

HOAs and multi-home communities

Consistency is the whole job. When we light a community, we set a single spec — bulb type, color, spacing, which architectural lines get lit — and every home follows it. That is what makes a street look designed instead of decorated.

We are happy to present a plan to a board, including what is included, what maintenance looks like, and how takedown is scheduled, so homeowners know what to expect before anyone votes.

Maintenance is the part that matters most

For a commercial property, the maintenance commitment is more valuable than the install. Season-long maintenance is included, so if wind takes out a section over your entrance we come fix it — not next month, and not for a fee.

Common questions

Do you work with property managers?
Yes — storefronts, offices, multi-tenant buildings, HOAs and property management companies are all regular customers.
Can you provide proof of insurance?
Yes. We are licensed, bonded and insured, and we can send a certificate of insurance before the install.
Can you light multiple locations?
We can. Multi-site businesses get one plan and one schedule so every location matches.
How far in advance should a commercial property book?
Earlier than a home — September is ideal, since commercial installs need coordination around your hours and access.
