Star, Idaho
HOA Rules and Christmas Lights in Star, ID
Rules differ by HOA. Check your own HOA's display dates and design rules first, and we'll plan the install and takedown around them.
HOAs in Star
Star's newer subdivisions usually have HOAs; older streets near downtown often don't.
Check your display dates
Many HOAs set when lights can go up and when they must come down. Tell us your dates and we'll schedule to match.
No damage to the house
We use clips matched to your roof and gutters, never nails or staples, which is what most HOAs want to see.
Tidy, even lines
Strands are cut to fit each roof section, so there are no loose ends or sagging lines for neighbors to notice.
Takedown on time
Takedown is included, and we can schedule it before your HOA's deadline.
Questions
- Do you know my HOA's rules?
- We don't keep HOA rules on file. Please check your own HOA documents; we'll work within them.
- Can I use colored or smart lights under my HOA?
- Most HOAs allow them, but some limit colors or brightness. Check first, and RGBW smart C9s can be set to warm white anytime.
- Can you take lights down early for my HOA?
- Yes. Tell us the date when you book.
